In partnership with Intelligence Sec’s Defence Satellites Conference & Exhibition, IRG will be holding a one-day workshop ahead of the conference on June 5th. Kindly hosted by Eutelsat, the practical, hands-on workshop will be held at its Paris HQ.
Attendees will hear from senior speakers and representatives from both satellite operators and manufacturers, as well as industry associations. Speakers will explore the current state of satellite interference and the tools and technology working now, and in the future, to mitigate its effects.
Discussion topics include:
- Antennas; including the potential for drones to monitor RFI & antenna approval
- The challenge of congested LEO/MEO environments
- Space debris
- What can militaries and governments learn from commercial providers?
- The role of quality to ensure resilient sat comms
IRG’S Executive Director, Martin Coleman, will also hold a special session into the potential of Machine Learning and AI to solve satellite interference and manage future super-networks.
Past workshop speakers have included representatives from Inmarsat, SDA, Intelsat, Kratos, GovSat, BBC and SES. Stay tuned via our Twitter page or sign-up to our newsletter for more information. For any questions about this event, please contact us.
